In this episode, Katherine Kohler, Learning Designer, TLC, interviews Sundeep Hans. Sundeep joined UFV in April 2021 as UFV’s first Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. She brings a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including, education, healthcare, government and the not-for-profit space. The two discuss Sundeep's efforts at UFV, the challenges she faces and how UFV facuty and staff can help her EDI efforts.
